I have seen a similar white dog with white collar near Jhandewalan metro station gate (near Yes Bank). I saw this message 5 mins after watching the dog and when I went back to find him even after trying for more than 20 mins. You can try looking for him over there if he’s wearing a white collar. Also, he was walking fine.
