Found this scared collared dog named Bella wandering outside my house (near Commercial Street) late last night. She followed me home and is currently in my care. The phone number on the collar had been scratched so I can’t see the entire number to call the owner, but it does say that the dog is from Coles Road. If anyone has any leads please let me know.
