Lost on 17.10.2018 at 4pm from Leo packers and movers, Uttarahalli. The driver saw him being picked up by a man on a scooter. The guard of the nearby place told it was a scooter, later someone else told that it was a car. Yesterday when we spoke to the security guard from packers and movers, he told that it was a white scooter and the driver supposedly saw him but is not comfirmed. Tried calling the driver after we got the number from the owner of the place. The wife picked up and told that he is asleep since he has been working night shift. The owner of leo movers and packers was kind to share their cctv footage but we found nothing except our baby pacing around tired around 3pm. We approached bakery near by, couldn’t find the owner. the boys working for him gave his number. When we spoke to him, he said that he won’t be able to share the footage in his absence since it is private. Has asked us to come on Sunday. A little ahead there is an apartment called Sam settlers, we approached the security guard this morning. He wasn’t ready to speak to us and pushed my husband when we wanted to speak to someone from the apartment. A passerby uncle stop and tried to help us. We tried calling the owner. He told that the cameras are just fitted but there is no connection as such. There is another apartment opposite to the bakery. Spoke to the guards, apparently the owner is away for festival celebration.
Went to subramayapuram police station yesterday. We submitted a complain letter along with 8 passport size photos of penny. The officer there told that we will receive a message shortly and asked us to leave. However there was no message until this morning 8am. We went to the police station again at around 8am. The officer on night duty has asked us to come at around 10pm and meet the same officer we met yesterday. We have made posters and stuck around. Have spoken to few BBMP garbage pickers. We are helpless. Have spoke to many people in and around the area. Many were receptive and wanted to help but. However, a large chuck were interested to know at what cost we bought penny. How much was she worth. As if we have lost a property. She was a family. We called her our daughter.
PS. She was adopted from a friend, who adopted her when a she was tiny little pup from another friend. She has been with us since 10th Aug 2017. she was 6 months when we adopted her. I just hope she is safe. One will never know the pain of losing a dog until it happens to him/her. One can really not breath in ease.
